Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

< 1 minute read

It was one of those days that I wanted a salad but didn’t want to buy a jar of dressing. But I also wasn’t in the mood for a complicated salad dressing. While perusing the internet, I was inspired by a few recipies to make this one.

It ended up delicious.

I’m very happy with the result. It’s tangy, creamy, and cooling with flavors of lime and fresh cilantro.

It was perfect with the Southwestern Taco Salad. Please let me know how you like this in the comments below.
