One of my favorite restaurant items is Chili’s Southwestern Salad where I always substitute avocado for the chicken and ask for honey mustard dressing. It’s the best lunch you’ll ever have.
However, the nearest Chili’s is an hour away and I wanted to master making my own meals anyways… so I asked the talented Kari to teach me. She explained that all it is is three simple ingredients. Easy? Fast!? I’m in!
3-Ingredients Honey Mustard Dressing
- Prep Time5 min
- ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
Stir or blend all ingredients until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
