I’ve been diving in herbology the last few years. One thing that keeps coming up… turmeric.

This superfood is chockfull of nutrients that nourishes our soul and builds our immune system. This spice is amazing!

Not only does it taste great on food, it also makes for a great tea. This mixture of spices is an amazing way to kickstart your mornings. Perhaps you can add it to your yoga rituals.

Turmeric Immuni-tea

A delicious and easy tea you can drink to kick-start your mornings. The nutrition in each spice is really good for boosting your immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey

Mix all the ingredients.

Add the mix to a cup of hot water and enjoy.

You could make a large mix of the dry ingredients ahead of time and just spoon enough into a cup of water when in need. Then add the honey and lemon.
